exploring london with léa

Tuesday, 13 May 2014

léa has a very romantic vision of london built out of love actually, bridget jones's diary and notting hill. so when it comes to exploring london, portobello road is an unmissable stop. she dreams of moving to london, i hope she does one day, so i can come visit her more often.

after looking at the colourful facades of notting hill, we headed to the victoria & albert museum. we walked around the exhibitions before taking a break in the gardens to admire the architecture and make the most of the sun. i spent too much money in their shop, as always.

we then hopped on the tube to islington and had a lovely lunch  and dessert — at fig and olive before browsing through my favourite shops. in the evening, we decided to go watch wicked the musical, which we both thoroughly enjoyed everyone needs a little magic from time to time. all in all we managed to do quite a lot in a few days and had an amazing time.

looking forward to meeting up again!

all the photos above are shot on film on my canon eos 300.
